Strategic direction & capital markets
Leadership of corporate strategy, public-market positioning, and long-term capital allocation across the Earthworks platform.
Earthworks Industries Inc. is a Canadian publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange. Through its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, Cortina Integrated Waste Management, we operate at the intersection of regional waste markets, advanced material recovery, and critical minerals.
Earthworks was structured to deploy capital into a single, high-conviction opportunity: the under-served California integrated waste market. As overseas processing markets contracted, valuable materials began returning to domestic landfills — an inefficiency that creates room for a disciplined operator.
The company complements its handling and processing footprint with acquired intellectual property and technology for critical minerals recovery, expanding the value extracted from each ton processed.
